Spending Christmas away from home can be difficult, but our stay in the countryside was made perfect thanks to the charming historical atmosphere and the amazing breakfast each morning. The antique furniture and renovated building added to the overall experience, making it a Christmas we'll never forget. Not having to deal with crowds was also a plus, as we were able to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy some much-needed downtime.
While the ambiance and morning meals were wonderful, the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry all our luggage up to our room. there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which made it difficult to keep in touch with loved ones during the holiday.

The countryside location of this grand building is a plus point, making it a serene spot for nature-loving guests. the rooms are comfortable and relaxing, and some come with interesting features, such as antiques, adding to the palace's charm. Staff are found to be friendly, hospitable, and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was very pleasant, with a plentiful, varied, and delicious buffet spread.
The paper-thin walls of the rooms can cause disturbance from neighboring guests, as reported for their screaming kid and TV noise.

Fantastic castle-like building that exceeded our expectations. the breakfast buffet was quite ample and delicious. the location was perfect with many attractions within walking distance.
Our only complaint would be the noisy air-conditioning unit that made it difficult to sleep at night. the room we stayed in lacked adequate shelf space, which made it difficult to store our belongings.
